Cancellation Policy

Refer to the Price List Tab for all associated costs and documents. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 8 hours before your appointment or risk paying a fee. We prefer Zelle but accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex,Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Tap to Pay. One Way Notary LLC provides Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, and Apostille Facilitation Services. 1. Notary Public Disclosure We are commissioned notaries in the State of Texas and are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas. We may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. 2. Identification Requirement All clients must present valid, government-issued identification at the time of notarization. 3. Document Responsibility Clients are responsible for: Understanding the contents of their documents Ensuring documents are complete before notarization We do not prepare legal documents unless permitted by law. 4. Fees All fees will be disclosed prior to service. Travel fees, convenience fees, and service fees may apply in addition to standard notary fees allowed by Texas law. 5. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Most common: Proper identification is not provided The signer appears unwilling or unaware The document is incomplete or suspicious 6. Electronic & Remote Services Remote Online Notarization (RON) services are conducted in compliance with Texas law and require identity verification and recording. 7. Apostille Policy & Disclosure One Way Notary LLC act as facilitators for Apostille processing and are not a government agency, nor attorneys licensed to practice law. We may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Processing times are not guaranteed and depended on state and federal office schedules. One Way Notary LLC cannot guarantee approval, acceptance, or processing times by any state or government agency. A $25 processing fee is required during booking and will be credited towards your final costs. Additional fees may apply if corrections, re-submissions, expedited processing, shipping, or agency-required charges become necessary. Client is responsible for all document accuracy and eligibility. By using our services, client agrees that One Way Notary LLC is not liable for rejections, delays, lost, stolen or damaged document during processing/shipping, or third-party errors resulting in damages.
