One Way Notary LLC provides Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, and Apostille Facilitation Services. 

1. Notary Public Disclosure

We are commissioned notaries in the State of Texas and are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas. We may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

2. Identification Requirement

All clients must present valid, government-issued identification at the time of notarization.

3. Document Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Understanding the contents of their documents

  • Ensuring documents are complete before notarization

We do not prepare legal documents unless permitted by law.

4. Apostille Services Disclosure

We act as facilitators for apostille processing and are not a government agency. Processing times are not guaranteed and depend on state and federal offices.

5. Fees

All fees will be disclosed prior to service. Travel fees, convenience fees, and service fees may apply in addition to standard notary fees allowed by Texas law.

6. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Most common:

  • Proper identification is not provided

  • The signer appears unwilling or unaware

  • The document is incomplete or suspicious

7. Electronic & Remote Services

Remote Online Notarization (RON) services are conducted in compliance with Texas law and require identity verification and recording.
